I have never applied eye shades myself:(; my sister always does.

i want to learn how to apply eye shades. Are there any hard core rules to follow or just blend two colours.

Rules are that, you should have good quality brushes and a nice palette to begin with cuz if you are not properly equipped, you will end up being frustrated. After that, you can follow any tutorials on youtube for practice. Ill suggest mischevious, she goes into details.
