LOL are you serious?
and I’m the most sinful person around here and I don’t pretend to be anything.
:k:
offensive? did we insult your religion or family? Come on, it’s a disgusting organization with no common sense.
:k:
they are athiest because they are confused. there are “religious” ones, but all of them go about breaking Allah’s orders anyway. so it’s more like secular than anything else.
you should be thankful for the woman who he married..! or else they'd be sitting at home waiting for their prince charming all their lives. and there's nothing wrong with having 4 wives at a time. if the wives are happy so should you O feminist!
^Wan’t that the same guy who was asking for financial help from the govt. so he could have 100 kids or something since he cannot feed and clothe them all.
If you look at what’s been written - you guys are making “jokes” about women - not about feminists. This includes your wife, your mother and your daughter. Not only that, but you’re rationalizing your actions by saying it’s in good fun and that everyone should be able to laugh at the jokes made at someone else’s expense.
Guess what - when someone says the same thing to your wife or better yet your daughter and it upsets her because she’s made to feel like a lesser person - explain to her - it was in good fun - no harm done.
I accept that sometimes we go overboard with being too politically correct walking on eggshells about every word we utter - but mocking people for their different beliefs is pretty sad. It shocks me that you guys are so insensitive to the impact of words and how it affects an individual’s self-esteem.
If your good fun is harmless, then when someone mocks a black person or a disabled person or better yet a Muslim person based on their race, physical disability or religion respectively - tell them, don’t worry no harm done.
Fat Spartan was the only one who made a sensible remark and I thank him for it.
While some posts were just for fun and included ‘all women’, like those which included ‘all men’ …the statements which included word like ‘women’ were simply to annoy extremist ‘women freedom fighters’…
P.S. Anyone can make fun of male chauvinists too… No problem there.

Don't waste your time. No woman listens to these men in reality, so they come online and put others down. It gives them a sense of control.
Dil pai leyney ki baat nahin hai - it’s that sometimes you guys don’t know when to draw the line between a harmless joke versus and malicious humour. And just because you’ve generalized what all feminists are like, you guys think it’s okay to mock them all.
But I feel like I’m talking to a brick wall - jaisay saarey mard hazraat ney kaan main roowee bhar li hai.
When a non-Muslim person tells a joke about a Muslim person - are there ever times that it upsets you and feel it disrespectful? Or is always acceptable because the joke-teller is just speaking to the extremist faction of Muslims and there’s no harm or malice intended.
I’m really tempted to open up a thread about “How to Annoy Fundamentalist Muslims” - the fact that there would be comments that all Muslims find offensive is beside the point since it’s in “good fun”.

a Muslim submits to Allah.
a feminsist submits to her own confused ideas of so-called equality.
so making fun of feminists is perfectly alright since it's not different than a political party.
do you stop people from making fun of political parties too?
Reminds me of the time when a this woman opened a thread titled All men are dogs and everything was fine in paradise, but when a few days later this guy opened a thread (in strong objection) titled All women are bies* all hell broke loose.

Because when you mock a feminist, unless you attach a lengthy disclaimer like this to your joke you de facto insult all women.
This joke is only intended to offend feminists. The use of "woman", "girl", "she", or "her" is not meant to include all women - only those crazy radical women who strive for women to be treated with dignity and have equal access to economic, social and policitcal opportunities and call this action "feminism".

Here is my political correctness coming out - I try my utmost NOT to generalize and it drives me crazy when others do - either guys or girls. If you have an issue with an individual say so. But don't stereotype everyone based on the actions of a few. And I'll go so far as to say that I judge the actions and not the person. I may not what they did, but who am I to judge who they are?
Tell that to the feminists who label all men as pigs or all Pakistani men as pigs
all seriousness, nobody is hating on women, this thread is about feminists, so if you get the feeling that all women are the subject of this thread then you need a break my friend.
Seems clear to me that YOU are the one who is confused. Feminism isn’t about labelling men pigs. Just because some feminists do that, doesn’t mean that’s what Feminism is about.
I can’t believe I even have to write out statements like that. It’s pretty basic.
And yes, comments that degrade women will annoy feminists. They will do more than annoy feminists. They will infuriate them, and those feminists will do what they feel is right to free women from such degradation. There are plenty of men who will join their ranks. Seems to clear to me that you are not man enough to do the same.
