if u r in well balanced weight but nt a shaped figure then wat to do?how to get shaped legs,tummy ect?how to increase the volume (muscles) for legs n reduce fat from lower abdominal area??plzz share the very basic exercises to perform at home widout any equipment…thnx

Join a gym and if possible also hire a trainer. You can't, no way get a good shaped figure without going to a gym n working out the proper way.

Yes, along with working out another important factor is your genes. There are some people who complain of love handles even though they are slim and fit. Can you reveal more about your height, weight and meal intakes.

height 5 ft 2 inch,,,,weight 53kg n meals like 1 boil egg wid a cup of tea then lunch 1 roti wid regular SALAN or brown bread(1 slice wid chikn cutlut) n dinner rice ect...in eneral i do care wat i eat but sometimes i eat aloot,,fry things n all fat full things(bcuz i know dat i dont need to reduce myself only wat i wanat is to b in shaped,,)

my height is 5feet6 inches....my weight was 70kg(at age of 24)
i reduced it to 61kg only by running nd drinking lots of water in 50 days
after tht i maintained it by dieting cz running cn b boring after some days
another thing is swimming for 1 hour.tht will tone ur body in 30 days

Diet: reduce fat & carbohydrate intake; increase protein intake.
Workout: use exercise machines in the gym that stress a single (isolated) muscle group at a time - this will tone that muscle. Do this for every muscle you want to tone. For best results, join a gym, buy exercise machines for your home, or atleast buy some weights to accompany your workout. If not, try some squats & deadlifts at home - the result won't be that good.
Belly fat can be reduced by any cardio workout (i.e. running, swimming, etc). The best cardio workout, imo, is rope-skipping. It is much less time consuming, burns a lot more energy (10mins of rope-skipping = 30-40mins of running), and also utilizes a lot muscle groups (including upperbody & arms). When you get better at it, you can maximize your workout by acquiring a heavier fitness rope which requires more energy to swing.

i love rope skiping idea. u need to do some form of cardio. there r belly dancing series on u-tube that i absolutely love. also search online for lower belly exercises. all these will make diff.

I think your weight is perfect according to ur height, you do some exercises, swimming and stretching to shape up you waist area.

Hmmm...
Well, you will need a large area to workout in first of all...no small cramped space will do.
Exercises that dont require equipment are:
Crunches- there are a TON of different types of crunches you can do to target lowers, obliques, uppers, etc.
Lunges - you can do these with no weights or with weights once you get to an advanced level
Pushups - my favorite because they require nothing and feel like total body workouts.
Tricep raises - also one of my favorites because you use your own weight.
I dont think you need a lot of specialized equipment...maybe a set of dumbells which cost $5 - $10 a piece usually at a WalMart or Target. I would get two 5lb and two 8lb ones. Dumbells are fun to use because you can be watching a movie and working on your triceps at the same time.
I would also get a jump rope...no more then $5. Jump rope for about 15 minutes a day...:)
She is only looking to shape her belly and to bulk her thighs. We cant just target the belly, if you are loosing weight then it will be from all over the body and your priority should be fat loss and muscle gain not vice versa. Still-running and rope jumping with little bit of jogging can help you get rid of the fat from abdomens and legs.
Free squats (5 X 10) combined with close heel squats (3X10) - continuously for a month with sunday off - can add good amount of muscles in your quadriceps which will make you appear "Coke bottle" shaped from some distance.

something that trainers suggest on tv shows etc, that could be used instead of proper dumbells are water filled bottles. Dont know if it gives as good effect as dumbells though.
