How to open a representative office in US?
I have an import and export company in china. I intend to Open a branch office in united states (any major state). What do I need to do in terms of paper work, and I attend to send my representative to head our US operations. What are the requirement to get H1 visa for him/her.

Once done - You need to apply to register in that particular state, and establishing a registered agent with a valid address in that state (no PO Box numbers).
In such cases a registered agent can be either the business owner or another person who is authorized to receive legal papers on behalf of the business, such as an attorney or secretary.
