How stupid was that?!!

Have you ever done something so stupid but dont understand why you did it and didnt even realise it was so stupid until after you’d done it!! :smack:

The other day after work my husband asked me to pick the kids up from Quran class cos he was getting late so I went and parked outside the teachers house. Then I reversed in to the drive of the next door neighbour (it was all open no fence separating the two drives) cos I needed to turn the car round and instead of coming out onto the road I left my car there and went inside.

I thought I would just call the kids and that was it I wouldnt be long. But when I got in the teacher called me inside to see their new kitten so I went inside and I must have been in there a few minutes and forgot all about the car.

I was on my way back out again and a car pull up in front of my car and starts beeping its horn. It was the next door neighbour. :bummer:
“Thats my drive” he shouted. I said I’m really sorry I only went in for a few seconds. I got in the car and drove off feeling really bad. I cant believe I did that!

Imagine getting home and finding someone elses car parked in your drive I’d be really p****d off so I could understand the guys anger. I just felt so stupid and bad the rest of the day.

Please do share your stupid experiences so I dont feel alone.

I once showed up for a math exam prepared for physics. But i aced it anyway, since i am so smart.

tabussum.. i don’t think it was that stupid.. i mean.. i can happen 2 anyone..dont feel bad..everybody makes some stupid mistakes in their life.. u r not alone..:hug: :slight_smile:

Tabu: don't feel bad that is nothing compare to the silly things i have done in life. But, now i just look back and laugh about it! I normally call my mil ammi jee but once accidentally i called her aunty in front of everyone. Which i don't regret she does not deserve to be called an Ammi.

one time, I had no time at all to get ready for this party/ get together, i grabbed my cousin's foundation and mixed it with lotsa moisturizer and slathered my face in her semi-dark room, put on some lipgloss and went out....completely forgetting that her foundation was about 3 shades lighter than my skintone....for quite some time i noticed people at the party look at me weird and when i finally got to a lighted bathroom i saw that my face looked an entirely different color from the rest of my body.........PLUS the moisturizer made it look all greasy ewwwwwwwwwww
