emails I typically reply back the same day. phone calls.....like NaziJoon said....depends on who it is from and how much time i have to talk on the phone....usually i nvr have enough time to have a proper convo on the phone.

Missed Phone call: I don't return the call.
**Voice mail: **If they are asking for a call back, then I cal back immediately.
**E-mail: **As soon as I check/read it.
PMs: I read them as they arrive. If they require action, I take it. If I have to reply, that's done during the evening time.

If you are tired, you shouldn't be online. Now that you ARE online and have read the message, I think one should go ahead and reply as well, One can't be THAT tired that he/she can read the message but not reply :)

MSN:- As soon as I see the orange light buzzing off
Phone call:- As soon as I see the vibration on my phone
Missed phone call:- If it's someone who I know was meant to miss call me then I return it at that moment...if it's someone else I just text em something.
Email:- Soon as I read it.

I m not good at replying emails so normally couple of days 
Phone calls: it depends who the person is, If its someone from my In-laws or my fiance then I will call back immidiately lol
otherwise I take my time
