T’was a serious question okies! Let me put my serious face on… :chai: there!

GS community is a very decent one compared to other blogs and forums but some people believe that since we’re most likely never going to meet the virtual people in person, we don’t need to be as careful with them as we would be towards people in real life. There’s things we say to fellow internet users that we perhaps would never say to people in person. So the question arises - should we have different moral values in the virtual world and the real world?

it goes bothways…as long other persons are behaving decently..its same…but everryone takes the liberty of anonymity to some extent… you know…ur reputation is only virtual…so are relationship…so u don’t care much…

i think thats something which attracts people to virtual community…

Which is probably a good thing. As for my attitude it’s pretty much trademark in both worlds.

Actually I am more nice on the net than I am in real life :stuck_out_tongue:

I feel it is easier to deal with ppl on the net…

  1. GS : ppl who are little pricks are on my ignore list..this way I dnt even see their comments -though i wish they would make it so that even when some1 quotes them their comments still stay “IGNORED” :vivo:

  2. Facebook : you can block them..so that you never have to see them.

  3. The rest - I don’t really interact with them on a daily basis on the net- so who cares…
