You behave in a positive manner....be friendly, polite. Help out with preparations and wish her well. If they're ignoring you, then treating them in kind will only worsen matters for you. There will be various people and activities to occupy yourself with. Be the bigger person and do the right thing. If you're not appreciated for it, you won't be censured for it. Besides it's her wedding....so the focus will be more on her....and not on you or anyone else; it's not gonna be about you. And if you do encounter high strung behavior....try to let it go...brides can become bridezillas and the tension rubs off on family members as well....even those who usually are pretty nice/calm.

Get hold of a camera and start taking her pictures and with relatives etc. You will appear busy, caring and become favorite of other people

Err... you shouldn't be given importance - it's not your day. How would you feel when on your wedding your SIL comes along here and posts saying my SIL is getting married, how can I get importance?
Enjoy the function, whether people give you importance or not doesn't matter. On your day they WILL.
