u guys should be luck that you have only 1 monitor .. I have f**king 2 monitors, a laptop and my desktop in my cubical .. .. my TL cubical is next to me .. he can see .. but what i have done is set up my chair in a way that when i am sitting my shoulders covers most of the screens of 2 monitors .. and the laptop is always on the other side of the desk.
