its really hard to help my mom in cooking and other household chores? these days i am dead sleep around 11.
i try to pray atleast farz but recitation of quran is getting hard and hard.
i dont know how am I gonna survive Ramadan. :s
ps. how working married women take care of everything? do they feel fresh all the time? do they enjoy their extremely busy life (where u dont get time to think about extra stuff)?
sleep ontime...sleep for at least 7 hours a day...do you take antihistamine? ... take more coffee/tea...if nothing works, see a sleep doctor...you may have sleep appnea [God forbid!]...you may not be getting level 5 sleep.
Music, coffee, exercise, and having regular breaks. Have you tried napping? maybe to reduce the tiredness. Also you may be Aneamic - lack of iron in your blood. You should go to a doctor for blood tests. You may need iron supplements
I love Ramadan, I am the only one who wakes up extremely happy at 2am, all chatty and what not and then I eat a huge breakfast and everyone in my family looks at me like I am crazy :) LOL.

As per my wife's doctor sleep apnea and narcolepsy is very common in South East Asia. Consult a doctor specialized in sleep disorders to end your misery. I had the same problems ,consulted a sleep specialist and all my sleepiness related issues have been taken care of.

how? did they prescribe u anything? or some exercise? or change in diet?
I think you should go to your local GP before going to sleep doctors, because you may be Anemic. Iron is naturally found in red blood cells, which carry oxygen to your brain and other areas of your body (all cells), lack of iron in the blood cells can lead to fatigue, tiredness and sleepiness.

**level 5 sleep is important for your body to recoup after a long day. at this level, the sleep is uninterrupted and your body gets replenished. sleep 3 level for instance is very interrupted when your REM increases and you wake up every ten minutes or so and you do NOT even know about it...the result is that you are still tired after even a long sleep and hence feel sleepy all day.
your doctor will send you to a sleep lab where you will sleep overnight all wired up. you may have to make several overnights visits. once diagnosed, you may be required to wear mask at night hooked up to a machine called ***Continuous Positive airway pressure (C-PAP)*
now get ready for a lash out.
And by the way there is a cure for laziness too. The laziness can be caused by many factors , obesity , depression , chronic fatigue, drug abuse and doctors take care of the underlying cause to cure laziness.
i sleep at 12 these day (i used to sleep at 2:30-3am)…i wake up at 5 for fajar (takes half an hour). and then i go back to bed and wake up at 6.45. i cant sleep at 10, cuz for obvious reasons. i have to help mom and isha timing is 10.30
i am bit anemic i think (my GP always prescribe me some after i visit him after a year) but iron pills makes me feel sick.
i cant have coffee cuz i dont want to rely on caffeine all the time.
excercise is another issue.
ps. yep i should see my doc before visiting sleep doc, cuz a night at sleep clinic is extremely expensive. i don have problem in sleeping…i sleep like a baby
of course…you have to be referred to by your family physician…you can’t go to them directly. i believe you are in Canada and it’s covered by OHIP…the C-PAP machine costs about $1300 and OHIP covers about $1000
been in the same boat ever since i started my job .. i know whats my "exact" problem is .. .. its sleeping at 3 AM .. .. and then get up at 8 AM (not exactly) .. .. but i can't resist sleepoing at 3 .. even if i go to bed at 11ish, there are some new tv shows, or some movie .. or in worst case .. watchin FRIENDS season again n again (currently at 5th season, watching it for like 11th time) .. :@ .. i can't resist.
