i dont know much about this but i think qalander and the related things are associated to Harzrat Usman Marvindi ( Lal Shahbaz Qalander ) whose shrine in Sehwan, Disst Dadu , Sindh.
and not the person u r referring to, whose temple in Pune.
i think u shud ask this question on some indian forum................ i wonder ne one from this can answer ur query.
