Soon after the end of the last ice age at around ten thousand years ago, our hunter gatherer ancestors invented agriculture. This started a revolution which I will call as SOCIAL REVOLUTION. This revolution sustained for several thousand years during which animals were domesticated, written communication was invented, the concept of marriage got evolved, organised religions were established and so many other things happened and the list is really endless. When the written communication technology got sufficiently matured at around 2500 years ago then prehistoric period ended and then our colourful human history began. All the events of last 2500 years of human history has been carefully recorded.
Then in the 15th century, the social revolution was followed by SCIENTIFIC and MATHEMATICAL revolution in Europe and this gave way to 19th century INDUSTRIAL REVOLUTION which enabled us to produce goods at mass scale and generated an enormous amount of wealth. Today we are all enjoying the benefit of Industrial Revolution which has made our life so comfortable and so enjoyable. The invention of TRANSISTOR in 1950 started another revolution which we now call as COMPUTER REVOLUTION. Now we are in an era of computer revolution which has changed our society remarkably. Two decades back nobody thought that computer and internet will have such an enormous impact on our lives.
