at the moment shes having milk mostly, just one solid meal a day…cereal or rice and veg mix. is that enough?

ALSO how do you make sooji for them? whats the way to make it without it going all hard…

here in the UK i have been advised to give my girl 20OZ milk a day, and that can be used in preparing meals like weetabix. i dont know how much urs is drinking, you can maybe cut out one bottle and give her solid instead, only if she is happy to take obviously. most kids start taking solida when they are 5-6 months old with once a day.
i never gave sooji to mine, as i think its too heavy on the stomach for her.

4-5 small meals in the day.

You should add in another meal during the day, by 9 months she should be eating 3 meals a day along with milk.
