Niki mai, I’ve been told by a dermatologist to have at least 2-3 shampoos and alternate them. It’s prevents dandruff and maintains good health of hair.

Means use 2 or 3 shampoos per month like each time you wash , grab a different shampoo?

I change it every shop - what I buy depends on whatever’s on offer!

I am thinking of changing but I haven’t in the past 6 months or so…heard the same thing about shampoos though.

I don’t think I’ll change my conditioner…but shampoo, yes.

I have been using Redken for the past 8 months, i used golden , red and golden again. I am thinking to get AUSSIE shampoo. Has any one used Aussie?
