Curtains = never :bummer:
Pillows = wash pillow cases every 2/3 weeks
Fridge = as and when, usually once a month take all the shelves out and wash
Light fixtures = never :bummer:

Curtains and pillows once a year. Covers fortnightly.

Fridge once a month.

Lights every few months.

Curtains- maybe once a year or longer depending on how dusty they got over time.

Pillows- i use pillow proteectors so pillows get washed every few weeks but pillow cases fortnightly

Fridge- no time scale just when I see it needs a good clean down but shelves get wiped down often.

Lights- weekly with my duster I go around the house dusting the ceilings and go over lights too.
