i know some ppl, 30 dollar for six months is enf, they say it proudly 
i know ppl who spend around 500 dollars and say 'dekho bhai main lamby baat nahy kerta . . . 
ps. my average monthly cost for last six month is abt 150 dollars, its a post paid 
i m tryingto reduce it to 100 max

Thesedays ... 30 to 60 ... and it includes international calling as well
But in my heydays I have paid some Two grand in three months .... but then Aatish was jawan and in love :)

About 10 pounds a month on top-ups. And Blyk gives free minutes and texts so thats cool

I spend about $100/month on my phone bill but my plan is one that has a LOT of minutes and other little extras too.
