recently I created an ebay id and start selling there__ but i m really confused that how to post the items to a buyer___ i mean here in uk normal royal mail 2nd class delivery cost £2.60___ so I put an item on auction 0.99p and it sold by 99p______’ item was a top’
now the problem is after selling it of £3.59 ___ £2.60 postage charges____ from the rest of 99p ___36p ebay charges__0.34p paypal charges____what i get is £0.29 LOL
maybe my account is new thats why paypal is charging me this high
so the question is Can I post this tiny little top in a padded enveloppe?? how much it will cost then?? does anyone knows
Nopes.. this is the reality of ebay selling. The 'final value fee' charged is 10% of the total amount (item sale + postage). Paypal charge 20p plus 3.4% of the total amount.
If you're not sending them in a box, then use a thin envelope that will fit through the RM standard letter slot and you will just need to pay the cost of a second class stamp. Usually small bubble wrap envelopes are fine.
