It cost me $250 to get my makeup done , including the hair-do and dupatta setting from Studio Sila. I've seen make-up artists charging anywhere from $100 to $350. I don't think I'd have spent more than $250 for a single day's makeup.
I think that is fair for one makeup, hair and dupatta setting session.
The price goes up when there are more events and makeup changes involved. Like the wedding ceremony and reception are in the same day but require the makeup artist to be retained and change the brides look for one event to the other.
