Not really. I Haven’t seen any team building going on in my company. It’s too huge to collapse so that may have something to do with it. I think these team building activities happen in smaller stressful/busier companies/businesses/departments where it is deemed important. I have yet to witness it at my workplace. Three years ago, they used to hold picnics and stuff annually but they have done away with it since then. They avoid social meetings actually. Even our meetings are so damn professional and almost segregated. lol

I work for a Fortune 500 company . It is one of the most admired companies as per Fortune magazine . That is why I told you to find some good job with some good company , but you did not listen thinking I am just a moulvi.
