alright , a question to those who work out… how much is it necessary to take protein in grams per day?.. and which foods will provide these protein to gain muscle mass.. ?

ok i used this calculator and it showed me that i need protein in between 144 to 230 grams… but confused is saying that i only need 27grams?.. what exactly is the right figure?

I think its 1lb for each pound of muscle that you have...so if your 10stone for instance it would be 140grams of protein...its something i remember but i might be wrong...
