ok say you eat a couple mixed nuts b/c you got a craving for them, how much time on the treadmill would you need to spend, or how much dance/walking/whatever physical activity would you need to do to burn it off so it doesn’t show up on your body.
like 2 hrs of jogging on the treadmill burns off chocolate temptation

Eating a couple of mixed nuts won’t make you fat.
There are websites which list how many calories you burn doing certain exercises you just put your height and weight into it and how long you did the exercise for and what the exercise was and it calculates it for you: Natural Wellness Articles – ProHealth.com
