We are having 3rd birthday party of our daughter, Chicken Biryani is made by my friend, I have to make Butter Chicken, Haleem, Mirchon ka salan, Fruit Triffle(Stir fired noodles with vege and chicken for kids).
How much boneless chicken is needed for butter chicken for 40-42 people and how much meat is required for haleem ??, there are other dishes too like biryani and haleem. In appetizer I will serve dahi baray mixed in cholay papri chat and for dinner for kids pizza and chicken vege noodles and for elders, biryani, butter chicken, haleem and mirchon ka salan, naan, salad and raita. For dessert cake and triffle.
