You should give them a call, they never reply to mails. Once I was at their studio and I saw one of the girls speaking to a bride out of pakistan, she was so sweet and corporative and she seemed to be more worried about the dress than the bride was. But make sure you don’t pay a lot for the dress, trust me I know a bride who got her outfit for even 90k! (she got a simple lengha with a small motif spray and omitted some kaam on the dupatta). I saw a very heavy gharara a bride got for 1,20..So don’t spend so much money at karma! 2-3 lakhs is crazy nobody pays that much at karma these days
