I am going to make something that calls for 1 pao sugar. How many grams is that?

Pao is 1/4th of sair which is a tad heavier than 1 kg. I think 1 pao is probably 300 grams

907 grams/4 = 227 grams = 1 pt.

and kg = kilo (thousand) gram

then, should not 250 gm be the answer?

unless you are saying that 1 sair is less than 1000 gm or 1 KG.

NO, 1 kg is 93 grams more than a ser

1 ser = 907 grams

1 kg = 2.2 lbs

1 ser = 1 pound = 454 grams
