Feel like I could breath fire. Being in heat is fine… fun sometimes. … as in many times. But all the time… takes the fun away. Makes for a dull, boring, tiring, exhausting, exasparating time.

exposure involves anywhere from 38C to 45C on continous basis 4-5-6 days a week for periods upto 6 hrs..
i'm consuming about 9 to 10L of water (on regular basis in those times)

i'm intaking a decent amount of iodized salts and diluted-potassium (sports) drinks..
these three combinations bring u to a level of not feeling that dullness and fatique..
still.. the 2001 heatwave was unmatched.. 50 is what i remember from it .. helluva year..

It's about 95-100 today and will go up to 110. If you put a pizza in my car at noon, it can be baked in less than 5 minutes.

faizy - 9-10 litters intake? That's a good amount. You must break a good sweat? Hold on a sec! Are you still on the factory floor? Does it get this warm in your area? I didn't think so. And 50c? Where? Pakistan? We get this around Death Valley. I heard that Lahore got hit with 55c few weeks ago. They had about 8-10 casualties daily from stroke for over a week.
GS - You know how to handle yourself in heat. But then you're a creature of heat...
Bad Boy - Ya' know.... being in heat is fine. After a cold spell, it's an awsome experience. In the beginning you don't want to get out. But the temperature change is good. It rejuvinates... gives freshness. Once you regain yourself, you can go again for as long in the heat. As Faizy does, drink a lot and break a good sweat.
Shikra - Man, we've been at those levels for a while now. We damn hit 95+ at 0900 hrs. We still sit at around 97 waay after sundown. I don't have time to catch the weather but I know we're hitting ~105 index in the afternoons. I remember in '98, there was a period of 90 days with 98+ temps. Area mosques and churches held special prayers for the weather to break. Our AC motor broke on a Friday... we were without A.C. for 3 days. Night time inside temp. was around 99 degrees.

no the outside temperature remains normal.. but when the trailers (53footers) come into our docks, they are basically metal boxes..directly under blazing sun.. so it gets a lot warmer than on the floor..
and yes.. all the water basically turns to sweat.. like not once i feel urge to go to bathroom.. it all evaporates away basically..
