^ me too maroush - when people hand my children money they hand right to me and I feel like a ogre - or they'll just throw it somewhere on the floor and I feel like they just dissed the guests that gave them the money.

LOL. My daughter is almost 5 and I’ve told her how she can buy toys with that money, so she promptly goes and puts the money in her piggy bank. Then I take her to Target or Toys R Us and its like she wants the whole toy store with that little amount she has :cb:

im giving $10 gift cards to Ardene's (similar to Claires) to Hubby and my girl cousins (from 6-14). I bought my own neices and nephews an outfit.

In our family, usually the girls just get eidi. No boys =) lol. They just give.

When I was little, I had a cousin who was 5-6 years older than me that used to give us change/coins. We were so happy..lol (yeah, it was the 80s, and a quarter can get you some real good candy lol)
