yeah the prices are a lot in lahore and isb. totally crazy prices in khi. lol. before i was paying Rs 500/- per suit in isb for simple-designed suits. and then i acccidently found an amazing tailor in noshera.
i have made so many stunning outfits including frocks with linings, lenga's, trouser suits etc etc. fixed rate at Rs 120/- per suit and if you want any ribbons on dupatta, he charges Rs 10/- per ribbon. so i fill my dupatta's with 6-7 ribbons etc! lol! my designs are always complex but he loves these challenges and is so cooperative. sometimes i pay him extra because he is so nice. people think i wear ready-made suits or designer outfits, this is how good he is. and he gives me design suggestions as well.
i have checked out the rates in other shops in noshera and highest i have seen is Rs 180/- per suit.

wow...this master nadeem sounds scary! he would totally hate me as a client as i am very fussy on sticthing as it has to be really neat and tidy.
m.nadeem probably does that b/c he knows he is in demand! but throwing ladies out?! wow. thats extreme. he sounds like he needs a kick up his....how much does he charge per suit then?
When I was in Pakistan a few months back, I went to two different tailors. One of them charged 1,000 RS for any chiffon suit and 500-700 for cotton or anything else. And he charged 250 RS seperately per dupatta to put ribbon on them, and sometimes he used such cheap ribbon even. I thought he was a rip-off because he made so many mistakes and didnt do everything as asked, mixed up alot of things and his fitting wasnt even very good. The second tailor was much better, he would come to the house at any hour so we could try everything on. He charged about 500-700 RS per suit and did a much much better job. I sent a few of the suits from the first tailor to the second to get corrected, which he did at no extra charge
^ that is the cheapest rate i have heard of in khi!
when i was there in 2006 i remember the cheapest rate i could find was Rs 500/- and at that time it was so expensive esp' when the suit prices were cheaper than the sticthing! lol!
