It varies significantly. Sometimes I'll just grab breakfast......sometimes it breakfast +lunch.....and sometimes nothing.
I'll go with around $10-15.

between coffee (x 2 per day) and either breakfast or lunch, I'd say on average it's about $10 per day - but then there are one or two days during the week with larger meals or multiple ones. If I average across the week, I'd say around $15 per day.

not a lot, i try to pack my lunch 2-3 times a week. once a week, lunch with coworkers, and on another day lunch with le wife. so weekdays, i'd say under $5 on an average.

I don't buy breakfast out, so breakfast cost is along with my other weekly grocery shopping. So are snacks because it's cheaper at the supermarket with the deals etc.
I guess lunch is about £15-£20 a week. I buy sandwich ingredients on Monday and make them at work and then one day eat out with colleagues. Or daily get something from outside but that's like £3.50 a day.
I only get hot beverages from outside when I'm meeting someone for that purpose. Otherwise I think it's a massive waste of money and unnecessary. You can easily spend £2-£4 daily just on drinks... add it up over the year!
I don't eat dinner out that often but it can vary from one a month to once a week or once every two weeks.

office provides decent variety of coffees and teas plus oatmeal, bread, peanut butter and assorted jams for breakfast or a quick snack.
lunch often comes from home though occasionally I will go out with co-workers or friends.

Zilch.
Tea/Coffee and a selection of snacks are free, courtesy of the research labs. Lunch, I bring from home, courtesy of ammi hazoor (no, she doesn’t pack my lunch for me, sheesh!). There’s a kitchen in the research building where we can store stuff in the fridge and heat it up in the micro so this works out well. You’d think student canteens would be somewhat subsidised but no the prices are ridiculous. €3.50 for an egg mayo sammich alone… that’s like €17.50 a week, €70 a month

Lunch provided by the office & in case of late sitting dinner will also be claimed from office, so mostly on food i didn't spend a single PKR, yeah some time i like to buy bubble gum (hardly 100Rs for a month). Breakfast prepared by my sweet sister mostly, some time have to fry the egg myself :(
