isnt that a title from a children's book? im sure i used to read it to my 5 year old cousin...it's about Rabbits or Hares, il google when i can be bothered...anyway, in the end the big rabbit tells the little rabbit that he loves him all the way to the moon and back.

Hmm well I think the answer depends on the context in which it is asked..
If she's got a sprakle in her eye and is in a romantic mood...the appropriate answer would be "with all the love in my heart"
If she feels neglected and is sorrowfully looking for your attention then "not as much as an amazing woman like you deserves" followed by some snug appreciation.
If she's stark raving mad then well...good luck :D
