Traveling to pakistan for my sisters wedding this december.

there is no restriction on Pakistan end to carry foreign currency cash inward or outward. only restriction on PKR on outward - no bluk cash allowed to go out of country in Pak rupees.
there may be restrictions from your fly out point, most western countries has limit on cash you can carry due to money laundering laws.
