We knw v have 3 to 5 modz in all forums. R the Modz of a forum come together online or separately on their duty hours.

Mods have a mod forum to discuss all issues.
They come online when they are free .

We all perform our mod duties on GS from 09:00am till 17:00pm. As we're all in different time zones, we have to wait for our co-mods to come online in order for us to clock off. On our way out, TLK has to stamp our clocking card....that is only if he is satisfied with our work... if he's not satisfied, then we're in deep trouble :ASA:

We call each other to make sure that atleast one person is online at all times. Even if it means coming online from our work, school, or if need be, from our wedding mandap or even the birth of our first born son.

Mods log in just like other members do, that is, during the time they have available. Sometimes we do have many mods online at the same time and sometimes no one is available. However, as someone from the admin team usually does log in within the day, most urgent matters get taken care of as needed. It's teamwork.
