Throw a curve ball, my fears will just boomerang it back to me my they are such menaces.

Good suggestion kkf, but I’m slow at reaction, so I’m gonna go with bury my head in the sand I like that idea better.

I close my eyes , and ta daa all fears are gone.

On a serious note I hate heights and hiking and my husband, always make me walk on hiking trails. And I am afraid of scorpions and I have killed them myself. Eww you don’t know sometimes what kind of situation you have to deal with. Fear jaaye Johanam Mein apni jaan to Bachao.

Exposure to your source of fear is the best solution (in my opinion). But don’t stop after one try. Keep doing it, otherwise your fear may come back.

I’m scared of injections so now I use numbing cream to try and help deal with that.. Also scared of spiders so I bought this tube-like thing which sucks them up so I can flush them down the toilet..

Not exactly ‘overcoming’ my fears but prob as close as I’m going to get..

Fear is when ur brain stops working and ur heart starts working overtime.
Nothing can overcome this emotion instantly. It takes time, ages even to atleast suppress its intensity to a notch lower. Overcoming it completely??? Well then its not something fearful at all. Atleast not to ur capacity.
