Actually there is a common perception that all the words in anthem are Persian and there is only one Urdu word ‘ka’. But if we analyse anthem line by line 90% of words are commonly used in Urdu (borrowed at sometime, but not alien to Urdu speaking people). BTW, people considering ‘ka’ as only Urdu word missed ‘Tu’ in Tu Nishan e Azm… to at least make it two.
