if you choose NOT to pay, your Driver’s License may be suspended or your car renewal sticker may NOT be issued…Suspension of Driver’s License is more likely though!!!

i m talking about court proceedings.
speeding violation always requires to appear in court. if one does not appear, his/her DL could be suspended.
