in a day u all wash your face ?.. i have heard that we should not wash our face more then twice a day… but i have a habit of washing my face more then twice… so is it harmful or what?

Most of the days twice but on some days thrice but not more than that :)
You can splash water on your face various time or even use toner+water/or a wipe often but using a face wash more than 2-3 times doesnt make sense.

but i feel so irritated ...... i mean it does not feel fresh :( .............. & my skin releases oil sometimes thats why i wash my face more then twice......what should i do then :(.............

Washing u're face often with strip it off it's natural oils, spray rosewater and pat dry with a tissue!

Washing more than that might strip your face of natural oils and dry it out faster. Its not a good thing.

Washing your face more than twice is harmful for the environment not for your face. You end up adding more soap into the water streams.
