:smack: shak shak…well 1st of all I dont count how many times i sneeze…secondly sneezing is a natural reflex when there is an irritant in your nasal cavity…this is a protective reaction of the body

I sneeze 3 times by 3pm and twice more after 7pm.

ever since this depressing weather started, i must’ve sneezed around 3428 times.

We sneeze to remove foreign particles irritating the nasal mucosa. :chilly:

Yes and anything which irritates nasal mucosa which could be cold air, chemical or simple allergic reaction to environment. There may not be any foreign body but because mucosa is inflammed the nerves inside get stimulated.

It is a defence mechanism like coughing.

if i have allergy may be =/ over 12 + times and i just lay down and breathe when i start sneezing

and other times i dont really sneeze everyday

loll .. the first time i sneezed in my Highschool was after 6 months joining th e schoolll ... i dont think i sneeze alot
