1. Zardari, in anticipation of a likely PPP loss of government. Any other PM will readily write a letter to the Swiss, and Zardari already has plenty of places abroad, so hed be out in a jiffy. Most likely destination, Dubai.

You are underestimating Zardari. The only key politician who spent 9 years in jail without a trial but did not run away unlike others. Whether he wins (most likely) or loses the next elections, he would remain in Pakistan, don’t worry about it.
