I have seen pleople make pleats in different sizes from 3.5 inches to 7 inches long each.
Someone yesterday told me that making small 3.5 inches pleats is more flattering than making big pleats. Somehow I don’t see why because with small pleats you end up with a more lumpy bunch right in the middle of your belly…
What do you think? How many pleats do you make in your sari and how big is each pleat? what is the most flattering style with a lightwieght chiffon fabric?
