Lets put it this way. If India losses to Sri Lanka and crashes out of the World Cup in the first stage then, as perverse as it may sound, it will put a lot of thandak to the hearts of many Pakistanis (asaan nayeiN te India vi nayee). So I am guessing a lot of Pakistanis will be rooting for Sri Lanka. I am already fond of Lankan team (Malinga's creepy hair style and Muralitharan's scary stare notwithstanding), so my support is with them.
However, if India makes it to Super-8's then I'd say go all the way and win the damn thing. I'd hate for Aussies or anyone from Africa (hint hint) winning the World Cup rather than an Asian tiger.

Doesn't matter...Pakistan is out and i care less...If Bangladesh qualifies that would be an interesting scenario though.

Even though I have the upmost respect for some of the Indian players there is still too much rivalry between us for me to support them over Sri Lanka, not to mention how much their fans hate Pakistan.

Sri Lanka all the way. As even noted in one of the articles on cricinfo after the match between India & Bangladesh that many Indians took consolotion in the fact that arch rivals Pakistan had crashed out of the tournament. Now if Sri Lanka beats India we can also take consolation that if we didnt get through then neither did India. Khas kam jahan pak.
