Are you talking about using matrices in general for a variety of decision-making scenarios? if so... then yes... I'm guilty as charged - and I got the habit from my management consulting days.

Consultants thrive on using matrices to define the scope and rationale of their decisions - and to illustrate ideas to their clients. I even got my wife in the habit of thinking multi-dimensionally and applying it in her workplace.

By a Job Offer matrix, I'm assuming you list your criteria in rows and then compare multiple offers along the columns to map out which criteria are satisfied in which job offer?

Thats the one I am talking about:D Have you used it in making decision in home?
Have you used it in making the job offer decisions? Did it work well with you?
