problems?

Insomnia, bad dreams etc? Stress etc can be one reason but just curious.

i don’t know if that is also considered as sleeping problem..when am stressed or tensed, i can’t sleep at nights whereas i sleep the whole day then..:hmmm:..if yes,then i do have it too..

i m insomniac! I jes cant sleep. I sleep at like 7 in the morning and get up in couple of hrs and den dont sleep the whole day :S so weird.. i m tryin to fix it but dont know howwwwwwwwwwwwwwww

Hormone infested food is the cause of it. They use nocturnal animals to produce those hormones which is injected to animals who become nocturnal and then we eat that food and we are becoming nocturnal. :bummer:

P.S> It is my own theory . I did not do any research on this. :smiley:

Hareem! b’coz whenever i go to bed i read ‘Ayat ul Kursi’, three surah of ‘Qul’ (our Prophet Muhammad :saw2: also read before go to bed. [Ref: Bukhari 9/62 & Muslim 4/1723]) and pray to Almighty Allah ke plz awake me at Farjer prayer time :slight_smile:

Sometime i read ‘Ayat Ul Kursi’. Its narrated in Sahih Bukhari 4/487, if u read Ayat Ul Kursi, Almighty Allah! will ordain an angel on u till the dawn who will prevent shaitan from u.

If u need some short dua plz let me knw i’ll post here :slight_smile:

Humain u se ziyada tension hoti hy Subah Subah utho fajer ke waqt garam pani nahi hy to cold water se wudu kro namaz k liyeh jao phir bread le kr ao breakfast ke liyeh, phir kidz ko school drop karo, reach office at time, then kidz ko pick karo, shaam ko tution le kr jao or lao etc etc. :barbie:

u ki tarha thori k subha uthi nashta banaya phir so gai phir uthi drama dekha or lunch tiya kiya phir so gai :snooty:

I have insomnia every time I watch a scary movie…:bummer:

I went through a phase where I literally slept about 4-5 broken hours of sleep a night, not fun. I think it was stress related, then we had our insomnia and sleep disorders lecture, and I did actually try the little changes like having a set bed time, and trying to removing all stressful thoughts from my head before going to bed. It may have been that, or just resolving the issues i had, but now I am fine, and sleep when ever I want to go to bed. I have always been told to read Ayat ul Kursi before bed, and it works for me I guess.

Lol at all the replies. I always get a nice sleep except when I am sick. But I do see scary and some times weird dreams that disturb me. Last night I saw something in my dream that a person was telling a joke and it was so funny that I laughed in reality! :rotfl: My mom was like why the hell are you laughing in the middle of the night. I don’t remember the joke now. :smiley:
