. Its because a while ago (2-3 years), there was just no tolerance to feedback and people started getting kicked out for the silliest reasons. However, for the last few months its been really good.
hmmm .. last 2-3 years? Why do you think it was like that. Last 2-3 years, we had pretty much the same mgmt that we had before 2-3 yrs. You think that mgmt tolerance level changed for that period of time or the expectation of members in terms of how far they can go before they should be warned increased.
