Everyday doghlapun is manifested at UNO headquarters. Will anybody deny that ? If not then accept that doghlapun is not limited to Pakistan.
Personally I think stereotyping is wrong but if you are born in a country where an idiom like this is very common

what would you learn other than stereotyping ?
Our personal experiences shape our attitude towards others . Some times it takes only one experience sometimes a number of negative experiences. We all do stereotyping. Some consciously and loudly some discreetly.
Yes double standards are prevalent all over the world and everybody faces and sees them.

Now as it happens the whole 'civilized world' is an expert in diplomacy.

So According to this definition, The whole world is expert in diplomacy. Then, why just blame the Pakistanis? One should be radical in one's ideas...
