How many missed a roza?

I admit I missed one and I feel really bad about it. Doesn’t seem like I should be celebrating Eid.

I was working half the night and had to go to work too the next day. I could not keep awake without some caffeine.

BTW, I am Peerzado, I am new here.

I think I missed 2.

  1. I had to go back to New Orleans and it was so hot, especially in the house, and I knew I would sweat so much and I would have to keep drinking water to avoid fainting.
  2. I went to New Orleans another time and by the time we got back home, it was 2 a.m. and I was too tired to get up and fast.

Can’t remember the last time I missed one :slight_smile:

but then again - it is upto Allah (swt) how many HE accepted and how many were just FaaQa and not a true roza :crying:

See that's one thing that really scares me. We pray and fast and do everything (or try to do) Allah has asked us to do, but you don't know if Allah is accepting it or not. If he does accept it, we are saved, but if he rejects it and throws it right back at our faces, we are doomed.

Banda jitni marzi spirit sey ibaadat karey, yeh tou Allah ki marzi hai qabool karta hai ya nahi. Lekin Ab Allah itna bhi zaalim nahi, I am sure he accepts the prayers of his people. We are humans and tend to make mistakes, even when fasting, but he can always forgive everything.

Buss waisay hi kabhi kabhi mujh mein jinn aa jaatey hain aur mein aisi baatein karta hoon :dixsi: Waisay tou mein aisay hi bonga sa banda hoon, kabhi jalal mein aa jaaon tou phir aisi behki behki baatein karta hoon. :mudhosh:

I gained weight with the heavy iftari. The question of what Allah excepts is a good one but something no human can know for sure. We can only try our hardest, but what we do know is that Allah (SWT) is merciful and forgiving.

I personally have a long way to go before I even fully follow all of Allah's commandements.

I still remeber when your coffee almost came out of your nose
upon seeing someone’s foot’s pic during a roza day.
