Do you get the recommended 8 hours? More? Or less?

I’m an extreme insomniac, a vampire, and it isn’t even funny any more I can sleep for around 4 (max 5) hours at night during week days but I sleep well on the weekends.

I cant sleep well…be it weekdays or weekends
but kisi tarah i manage to sleep for around 5-6 hrs…with nightmares and waking up 4-5 times

depends on the herd size of your sheep
i have a few thousand - so by the time i am finished counting all of them
there is no time left for sleep

can we use some other animal - like elephant
it would be easier to count 100 of them
then 5000 sheep

What’s supposed to make you go to sleep is that you concentrate on something for a while. If counting elephants is easy, you won’t need to focus as much so that wouldn’t help you sleep. Bakris it is

generally sleeps abt 5 to 6 hrs ... :D

i sleep for abt gudd .. 8 - 10 hours .. on the weekends .. but on the weekends its abt 6 -7 hours ..
