so how many hours do you sleep for every night

mine varies from 6hours when i have to go work to 10 hours when i have a day of

Well I've been off from University since one month...so i normally sleep around 2am and wake up around 12pmish...so around 10 hours
From tomorrow, I'll be waking up at around 7 as holidays are over...so i get 5-6 hours sleep...i HATE waking up early :(

5 hours with no napping during the day and it has been like this since i started High School 17 years ago. :) i sleep 2 am to 5 am...huN na pakka ulloo? haha

6 hours on weekdays. 10, 12 and sometimes 14 hours on the weekends.

I'm happy if I get 6-8 hours but don't v.often :(

try to do 8 a day atleast (i have an obsession with counting the hours before i go to bed :$)

I love my sleep, I usually try for 8 hours, but end up with 6 -7, but make up for it over the weekend
