actually live in Pakistan or have spent most of there lives there?

Just wondering if GS has a local touch or if it was all desis voicing there opinions?

Majority of guppies are either born in pak. or still living in Pak. of 45 000 + majority is Pakistani born and based.

so far majority of my life has been spent in pakistan. i know a lot of members here are in pakistan.

How many of us are born and raised overseas, having been "home" once in a lifetime , or once a decade.

born abroad, went to pakistan every year or other year for 1-3 months until i was 14, lived in pakistan for 2.5 years. and then went back every year or 2 until 94, then went in 97, then in 99.

have not been to pak in a long time. may make a trip this year.

Born in pk 84 , till 93 was in pk and moved to UK in 93 , from 93 to 2000 stayed in UK but in btween went to pk every year for 1 - 3 months, then in 2001 went to pk for two years and went back to UK in 2003 and stayed there till 2006 and currently am in Egypt ...

So work it out for your selves how long i ve been in pk ....
btw, am planning to go to pk in June 2007 again for 3 months ...

I have spent over all around 9 or 10 years of my life (in bits) in Pakistan. I still go there regularly.

I would say that majority of the population of tis forum is based outside of Pakistan, with Canayda being the country where most users are based. It may say 45,000 or whatever registered user but far less than 50% are active posters.

I have spend 4 weeks in a total of 23 years in Pakistan.

I have spend more time travelling around Western Europe, getting smashed.

How much time?

I probably should visit. But I think those born elsewhere view it slightly differently from those who grew up there. Its my heritage, but has had little bearing on my own life.

Me born and raised there. Moved to US in 1998, when I was 17.
