i used to do proper cleansing,toning and moisturizing thats it :)

daffy, you just need to relax! worrying about all this stuff is what is going to make you get pimples etc.

i'm not sure if it's wise to start getting facials now. i think you're supposed to start 6 months before? they can make you break out in the beginning and i'm sure you don't want that now.

really, the best thing for you would be to stop working (not sure when you plan to stop) and eat and drink healthy and just generally relax.

get once a month if ur skin is sensi .. else iv heard girls get one every week ..tht suxx!! take it easyy woman!

Ive started mine now (my wedding is at the end of nov i.A ) they do say 6 months before as you can break out but relax.! Youl be fine just keep a good skincare technique up. Worrying will deffo cause u to breakout.!

I had one in December 2011, haven't had any since then.

Stop - ill be off in 2 weeks so that will be the focus for me, eating healthy & getting it all fixed.

Almost 2 months before my wedding, I had a cleansing facial, my skin got a reaction from it. A day before my mehndi, I got the moisturizing facial, it was very refreshing. It was just what I needed after a stressful month at work and school.

At least 2. I got regular facials anyways before that.

What about gold facials??? I have seen people really glow after getting it done. Has anyone tried it?

I think I am going to go for three. One now. One after a week and the last immediately before wedding

@Demesne : 3 would be a lot in a month. Btw - where are you getting the pre-bridal services including facials?

if ure gona get more than one .. make sure 2 are just herbals ..

^yep more facials more protective layer of the skin gets ripped off.. herbal is surely the best option

I don't usually do facials, that's y didn't wana risk it for my wedding.
And I have extremely dry skin, but I have routine of cleanse, tone & moisturise which I follow religiously. (The one from Clinique seems to be good.)

The other two are going to be mild, mostly consisting of cleansing toning and massaging
