How many calories?

What would be the approximate calorie intake? i have heard maximum for a day should be 1200Kcal for people controlling diets. So what would be the approximate calorie total for the following?

Breakfast:

  • 2 slices of brown bread + boiled egg = ?
  • 1 slice of bread + butter + milk = ?
  • 2 slices of brown bread + fried chicken kabab = ?
  • 1 mango i.e. approximately 200g = ?
  • milk = ?

Mid-Day:

  • 2 biscuits + black tea (1 tsp of sugar) = ?
  • green tea + 1/2 tsp of sugar =?

Lunch:

  • 1-2 home made rotis + chicken salan = ?
  • 1-2 home made rotis + home made daal = ?
  • 1 plate of biryani/any rice = ?
  • Subway sandwich of brown bread = ?

Evening:

  • Any packed juice = ?
  • raw fruit = ?

Dinner:

  • 1 home made roti + chicken salan = ?
  • 1 home made roti + home made daal = ?
  • 1 plate of biryani/any rice = ?
