So be it causewhat else do we do but waste time on GS so lets debate on that anyways. You think that angels occupy the same space that we do cause if they dont then millions can sit on the head of a pin.
I on purpose did not start it in science or in religion as I want to have all aspects of science, religion and logic comes into this debate.

The Devil Questioned a Famous Wali of Allah Almighty to derail him from his faith that .. Is it possible to get a camel through the hole of a needle from which the thread goes .. and The wali Allah replied ..That If Allah wanted He CAN put the whole of universe through the hole of a needle ..
Point is .. Nothing is Impossible..and since we believe in the Angels and since we know what a head of a pin is .. and we are also SURE that none of us has seen an angel .. Then we can surely come to a conclusion that It IS possible. .. Just to follow through .. we DO know that angels also ahev different sizes ..I.e. it is mentioned in ahadith that the Prophet SAW described Hazrat Jibraeel AS in the form of a Human, and in a another narration showing size of angel .. that a companion had few hairs of beard and Prophet SAW used to smile at him, but the companion thought otherwise that the Prohet AW is making fun of him for grooming his few hairs of beard ..so he shaved the few hair .. so next day / time when the Prophet SAW say the companion he turned away his face from the companion.. a number of times, so on request of the comapnion he asked why and the Prophet SAW replied that when i looked at you i could see the angels playing with the hair of your beard and I used to smile in happiness........this shows the two different forms / size of angels in different places..
hence, to answer in a religious manner, i would say IT IS possible. and to clarify the second point about occupying .. i ll come later... i wana see what others have to say.

This same question! Yes, they were debating the exact same scenario.
Believe it or not, but it just goes on to tell you that debating and concentrating on topics with no moral or even practical value to them, is not just a waste of time but a disintegration of a society on a catastrophic level.
Perhaps, that's the reason why there's no verse in the Holy Quran that says, "Wallaho Ma'al Aalameen".

Allah AZIM has made Angles of different size and shapes some with wings some without some so small they can sit on Ones shoulder some so big they can cover whole Earth , some are only to hold the ARSH-E-Ilahi (if any one know how huge is that )
some may be so small to play a cricket match on the head of a pin . is
All we need to remember is Allah can do any thing what he wants and He only do Godly thing .

it no where says that they are sitting on your shoulders. They very well might be standing behind your right and left shoulder.

well not in Quran but when we pray we end it by saying hello to both angles I cannot quote a Hadith coz I dono any as yet.

nothing solid will come back to you on that one when/if I find any Sahe Hadith ,
but angles do come in different shapes and sizes coz then we have MUNKIR/NAKIR ( If you believe in azab-e-qabar) etc etc .
